We have a very simple prepaid system that allows for customers to hold a positive balance of funds. The prepaid balance allows you to trade on other parts of the site (Page Space + Site Design.. etc). Funds can be added via trading on the site with Page Space or adding them with PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

This can be topped up or withdrawn at any time using the same payment method on which the funds were added. For example, if the fund were added via PayPal, they will be refunded to the same PayPal account, and the same with credit card or bacs.
