We have tried to keep the billing as simple as possible. We charge per word and then deduct the balance from your prepaid credits that you hold within your account with us.
Unfortunately, due to the conduct of a minority of previous customers, we can only conduct content writing for those who have a prepaid balance within their accounts. So we regret that we can no longer provide post paid account facilities.

We do provide full invoices for all work undertaken and all transactions on our site. Once the content is completed and payment made, the full copyright of the content belongs to the customer and that .co.uk has no further claims to the ownership of it.
