Far from being a totally automated service in adding sites to our system, the process requires a lot of manual processing on our side. We check that the page rank is correct, the inbound / outbound links and 20 other factors. Whilst we could rely on sellers adding this data themselves, the truth is that many would just end up approximating, or not bothering, and then buyers would start to complain.

So to ensure the accuracy of the data we hold on our network we prefer to do this ourselves. You may feel that paying £5 for each site is excessive, but in our opinion you will see a lot more buyers use the service because they can trust our data and this can only benefit you the seller.

Each listing is live for 12 months, then £5 for each 12 months thereafter. This covers the cost of updating the data and ensures the sites on our network are up to date.
